1.Assistant Manager (Actuarial)
Number of Posts: 5
Essential Qualification: Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks and 7 papers passed of IAI as per the 2019 curriculum.
2.Assistant Manager (Finance)
Number of Posts: 5
Essential Qualification: Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks and ACA/ AICWA/ ACMA/ ACS/ CFA.
3.Assistant Manager (Law) 
Number of Posts: 5
Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Law with a minimum of 60% marks.

4.Assistant Manager (IT)
Number of Posts: 5
Essential Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics and Communication/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering) with a minimum of 60% marks, OR
Masters in Computer Application with a minimum of 60% marks, OR
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a postgraduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in Computers/ Information Technology with a minimum of 60% marks.

5.Assistant Manager (Research)
Number of Posts: 5

Essential Qualification: Master's Degree or 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Economics/ Econometrics/ Quantitative Economics/ Mathematical Economics/ Integrated Economics Course/ Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Applied Statistics & Informatics with a minimum of 60% marks.

6.Assistant Manager (Generalist)
Number of Posts: 20
Essential Qualification: Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks.
