How to change mobile number in Aadhaar Card?

To change the mobile number in your Aadhaar Card, you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the official website of UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) at https://uidai.gov.in/.
2. Click on the "My Aadhaar" option and select "Update Your Mobile Number Online" from the drop-down menu.
3. You will be redirected to the Aadhaar Self Service Update Portal.
4. Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and security code, and click on "Send OTP" to receive a One Time Password on your registered mobile number.
5. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number in the space provided and click on "Login".
6. On the next page, select the "Mobile Number" option and click on "Submit".
7. Enter your new mobile number and click on "Submit Update Request".
8. Verify the mobile number entered by clicking on the "Proceed to update mobile number" button.
9. You will receive an OTP on your new mobile number, enter the OTP in the space provided and click on "Submit".
10. Your mobile number will be updated in the Aadhaar database.
11. You can also update your mobile number by visiting the nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra or by sending a request by post.
